How to order ?
Simply choose your items and quantity from the drop down menu on the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button, then go to the shopping cart (icon at the top right of your screen) and follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is sent!
Payment methods
Payments by bank card
Transactions made on Kaosix.com are secured by the Stripe payment system (stripe.com/fr-us). All information exchanged to process the payment (16-digit card number, expiry date, security code) is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties. It is also not stored on our computer systems.
To know when you are in secure mode on the site, a small padlock appears in your browser's address bar. All transmitted information is then encrypted.
Your personal data is therefore never transmitted unencrypted over the web and is not accessible to any intermediary.
3D Secure technology. If your bank participates in the "Verified by VISA" or "Secure Code MasterCard" payment security program, purchases paid for by bank card (VISA and MASTERCARD) can be secured by the 3D Secure control system.
Kaosix.com never asks for your bank details by email. You only enter your bank details on the order payment page.
Payments via PayPal
PayPal is a secure payment system that allows you to pay quickly without having to provide your bank details. These details are provided when you create your PayPal account. They are then encrypted and secured once and for all. If you already have a PayPal account, you can shop on our site quickly and securely. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still choose this payment method. When you check out, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you enter your bank details and where you can choose to create a PayPal account. You must confirm your email address and create a PayPal password; this will give you access to PayPal Buyer Protection .
Payments with Apple Pay
You can make purchases with Apple Pay on the web as soon as you see the Apple Pay button. This feature is available in select countries and regions. At checkout, tap or click the Apple Pay button. Review the payment information and enter one or more of the following: credit card, billing and shipping addresses, and contact information. Complete the payment.
Payments with Google Pay
Google Pay is a secure, simple, and fast way to pay for your purchases online and in stores. This feature is available in select countries and regions. You don't need to add money to Google Pay to pay. Simply add a payment method, such as a credit card. Use Google Pay just like you would your card. To pay on websites: at checkout, click the "Google Pay" button. If prompted, select a payment method and enter your shipping address.

I want to cancel my order before shipping?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to cancel the shipment. Please note that some orders are processed within 12 hours of payment.
I made a mistake in the delivery address, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@kaosix.com and we will update your contact information. Otherwise, orders cannot be canceled once the item(s) have been shipped.
Any error made by the customer in the delivery address when placing their order or an incomplete address which would result in the impossibility of delivering the package will then require them, if they wish to collect their products, to pay the transport costs again.
To ensure timely delivery, please provide us with accurate and complete delivery address information (street number, building number, floor, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). Kaosix cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect information provided during the ordering process; in such cases, a refund request will not be accepted.
Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?
Shipping is free for all deliveries to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada . For deliveries to other destinations, shipping costs €10. We are not yet able to deliver to French overseas departments and regions or overseas collectivities .
How long does it take to receive an order?
Kaosix works in collaboration with suppliers located in Asia from where the products are shipped directly to Europe and Canada.
First, please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing . Second, please allow average delivery times of 7 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for Canada under normal circumstances. For other destinations, delivery times may be longer and vary depending on the country. Delivery times include only business days and do not include weekends or public holidays .
There are items missing from my order, where are they?
Orders containing multiple different items may result in the receipt of several packages a few days apart, as they may originate from different warehouses. For logistical reasons, we ship our products separately because we maintain stock in various warehouses. We favor this staggered strategy to prevent the complete loss of our inventory in the event of a natural disaster, fire, or any other event that could jeopardize our entire stock. Occasionally, a single order may ship products from different warehouses, which explains the division into separate shipments.
Is there a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number and the link to the platform where you can track your shipment. Simply click on the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You will then be redirected to the logistics tracking platform page. Tracking information may not be updated regularly on the tracking platforms, so it may take some time initially. However, we track the shipment directly with the carriers and will keep you continuously informed by email about the progress of your shipment. You can also visit our tracking page and enter your tracking number.
Who delivers my items?
Your items are delivered through your local post service or by a local delivery company.
What are the delivery times?
Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office or local delivery company.
What happens if I am not at home?
Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. If you are not home for the second delivery attempt, you can collect your item from the post office. Your item (letter or parcel) will be held for 15 days from the date of the first delivery attempt. Remember to bring your delivery notice or notification, as well as proof of identity, or the documents indicated on your online collection slip. If a delivery company is handling the delivery, they will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
After this 15-day period, the package will be returned to the sender.
My order is confirmed "delivered" but I have not received it?
Please email us at contact@kaosix.com and provide your order number and tracking number. We will contact the delivery company handling your package and keep you informed. Delivery companies typically provide photos of your mailbox with the package inside. If, despite this, you still cannot find your package in your mailbox or a neighboring mailbox, we will inform you of the procedure to follow so that we can file a claim with the delivery company.

What happens if the product is not suitable for you?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. To receive a refund or exchange, you must return the item unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility . Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@kaosix.com, providing your first and last name and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return form to complete and include with the item. We will also provide you with the return address.
In Switzerland: there is no cooling-off period under Swiss law. Return shipping costs are also borne by the buyer.
To ensure your package is tracked and your return request is processed successfully, we recommend choosing a return shipping method with postal tracking . If you return a package without tracking, we cannot be held responsible if it does not reach us. In such cases, the postal service will be unable to conduct an investigation.
You are also responsible for paying all shipping costs in advance and for assuming all risks of loss or damage to the product during transit.
Kaosix does not accept packages sent with postage due.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, if your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) within two weeks . A refund will not be issued if the item is not in its original condition, or if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

In accordance with our policy, if you do not receive your order within 60 days or if there is an order error on our part, you will be fully refunded, without delay or further procedures, simply by sending an email to contact@kaosix.com and indicating your order number.
Kaosix cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delay in delivery whose parameters are beyond our control, such as the occurrence of a force majeure event, including in particular total or partial strikes of postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by floods, fires or snowfall.
If your order is incorrect (missing or damaged product, incorrect item, etc.), please inform us by email within two business days of delivery to contact@kaosix.com, describing the issue in detail and including your order number. We encourage you to take photos to support your claim.
We will then contact you directly to arrange a replacement or refund. In cases where the product is defective or damaged, return shipping costs will be covered by Kaosix.
In the event of a last-minute stock shortage of an ordered item, we will contact you to offer a refund or an equivalent item.
